So, an Infocard binding for OpenID

This could enable the OpenID bootstrap to ID-WSF use-case [1] as the challenge there has been how to 
get the Discovery Service EPR & Credentials to the SP. 

Would be even easier if the Sxip proposal had defined how to carry an OpenID token as a SAML assertion :-)
