Thanks to those who have RSVP'd -- it's not too late to drop me a

Here is my suggestion for topics to cover.  This is very high-level 
and I could go into lots more detail on some of the items based on 
conversations I've had with many folks in recent weeks, but I'd 
rather see where the conversation takes us "organically".  I do 
invite people to send their thoughts and further details to the 
mailing list ahead of time (e.g., those of you who have outlined use 
cases to me in email).
