[Concordia] IIW one-pager on Concordia

Well, for one thing, if you ³harmonize² OSIS and Concordia, no one would be
able to talk about the difference between ³user-centric² and
³enterprise-centric² anymore. That would probably put a few people out of
business, and would probably eliminate the need for half the blogs in this
space.
