[Concordia] Testing today

> Two things:
1. The way I have it currently setup, our endpoint can talk either WS- 
Fed or SAML with a single entity id. So...if you are getting failures,  
this could be the reason. In general, I have been able to test with  
almost everyone.
2. I'll be there in the room by 3 PM this afternoon. If you are still  
around, we can do some more testing.
