[Concordia] Notification of Concordia community telecon-time changes

For what it's worth, moving the call to this new time means that I typically will not be able to participate due to a conflict with a standing meeting that I can not skip and that I can not reschedule.  I don't know the reasons for the change of time but if we can move the calls back to the regular time of 10am Pacific on Tuesdays I will be able to continue representing Microsoft during the calls.
