[Concordia] Feedback on Concordia workshop at RSA Conference?

While I agree that there was a dropoff, I just want to note that most
"interop demo" events these days involve a trade show floor type of
experience, where there is no speechifying at all and just people
wandering around... The first hour was intended to introduce people
to Concordia, given the large number of signups.
I wonder if we should even have had the "amplified" demos after that
point; it might have sent a clearer signal to do them all at the back
of the room after the first hour. ??
