[Concordia] Notification of Concordia community telecon-time changes

If we move back, I think this may mean we'll lose Mike Beach on a semi-
regular basis too. These million-person telecon times are really hard
to set up! Sounds like we should switch back to the original time for
the next call and maybe discuss a rotating schedule. I'll confirm the
call time and details well before the next one, in any case, to avoid
too much confusion (striving for exactly the right amount :-) ).
