[Concordia] OpenID foundation garners Google, Y!, MSFT, IBM, Verisign as corp members

Yeah, I agree with Eve and don't see the questions this raises around  
Concordia.  If nothing else, hopefully it means that more use cases  
around OpenID and the types of deployments you see with it will become  
better represented within Concordia.
