[Concordia] Role matrices for RSA interop

I have created some wiki templates for participants to "sign up" for the
various scenarios/roles.  These have been added to the RSA scenario page at

http://projectconcordia.org/index.php/RSA_IOP_Scenarios#Scenarios_in_scope

I have added a sample template entry for one implementation for each of the
scenarios, rather than presume to sign anyone up for specific
roles/scenarios.

If you are implementing for the RSA Interop, please look at the page above
and edit the section(s) of interest to add your proposed implementation
details (there are examples inline).  For example, add a line something like

{{Scenario1a|MyCompany|yes|no|maybe|a random comment}}

If there is no text between vertical bars, that cell will be blank.  I had
hoped to highlight blank cells with color, but that requires the
installation of a wiki extension (which won't happen until Mar 7).
