[Concordia] Role matrices for RSA interop

Excellent! Thanks for doing this, Eric. Now's the time for all the
interop participants to start filling in the rows. Remember that
we're shooting for substantial completion of these matrices, along
with an indication of A/V requirements, by the end of this week.
And don't forget to check out Scott's recent edits to the infocard
+federation page to add SAML and WS-Fed branches in the flow:
