[Concordia] Urgent: Call for Santa Clara dry-run participants

Hello,

For those planning to meet for the dry-run in Santa Clara March 11-14,
please let me know what days/times you plan to be there asap.  I need to
confirm a Sun representative is in the room for the duration of the dry-run.

In addition, the deadline for AV needs is for the worksshop is Wednesday,
March 5.  I have outlined below what I believe is adequate, please let me
know you have adjustments:

1 x 21" LCD monitor
1 x Internet connectivity 
1 x power strip (6 outlets)
Share 50% space of 1 x 8' x 18" classroom table

Dervla needs to collect info on the plans to do some Concordia dry-run
activity at the Santa Clara meeting, so that sufficient staffing by the
hosts (Sun) can be arranged.  Can those planning to meet about Concordia
matters/test Concordia scenarios while there please raise your hands, and
indicate what day(s) you were planning to be free for this?

(Unfortunately I won't be at Santa Clara.  It would be great if someone else
could offer to be a ringleader for this get-together, to help Dervla out and
otherwise serve as a contact point.)
