[Concordia] Locking down IOP participants for RSA Workshop

All--
We've reached the magical date of the end of February, when we were going to
lock down IOP participants.  Eric has prepared a matrix for all participants
to complete, indicating what they are participating in:

We have been contacting known participants directly, but wanted to put one
more email out to the general Concordia list if there are any other
interested participants.  We will be putting a press release out in the
coming weeks announcing participants, etc., so eager to assure that is
complete and that we have a complete understanding of A/V needs for this
event.
