[Concordia] Locking down IOP participants for RSA Workshop

Microsoft is putting up an endpoint for "Scenario 1b - Infocards + WS-Fed protocol scenario" and that endpoint should interoperate with those putting up endpoints for "Scenario - Chained SAML/WS-Federation SSO".  If you want to add that to the wiki in whatever format is appropriate to convey that information, feel free.

We've reached the magical date of the end of February, when we were going to lock down IOP participants.  Eric has prepared a matrix for all participants to complete, indicating what they are participating in:

We have been contacting known participants directly, but wanted to put one more email out to the general Concordia list if there are any other interested participants.  We will be putting a press release out in the coming weeks announcing participants, etc., so eager to assure that is complete and that we have a complete understanding of A/V needs for this event.
