I will add a separate page with a complete SAML assertion example to fulfill
the other action item, but the interop-relevant parts are shown in the
examples here.

I have a couple of questions, but I'll hold off until the call. We also need
somebody from the Infocard side of things to flesh out the details there.
One of these days I'll read the profile.

I think I also had an AI to point Mike's ADFS people at the part of SAML
that pertains to authentication context during SSO. Those would be sections
2.7.2.2 and 3.3.2.2.1 of SAML 2.0 core.

I believe the interop will probably be confined to using class references
rather than full declarations (AuthnContextClassRef).
