Perhaps it's possible to do a combination of online and f2f? You'd still
need to arrange all the things Scott mentioned earlier. And you'd still
need to pick a suitable time - for a combination event it would make
sense to pick a time where some "critical mass" of those who need/want
f2f will be roughly in the same room.
