While you're on the call, perhaps folks can discuss the following and
let me know if you have any course corrections to suggest:

It turns out that we do have access to at least some RSA workshop
registration data. The signup proess includes an opt-in to share
contact info with us, and about 50% of registrants are doing so.
Britta and Dervla and I just brainstormed an approach to reach out to
these attendees, get feedback, and set expectations. We plan to send
a total of two email messages to them:

- #1 will be sent soon, say late next week. It will provide a brief
agenda (roughly 1/2 presentation and Q&A, and 1/2 interop demo
stations); invite them to send us feedback *now* on (a) their
deployment issues with the scenarios we're testing and (b) their other
most important deployment issues; and also invite them to join the
Concordia list and take part in the ongoing work.

- #2 will be sent later, say about a week before, sharing the feedback
we got and providing updates to the agenda, speakers, interop
participants, etc.

Thanks,

	Eve
